DEI Drives Vyaire’s ‘Great Place to Work’ Goals
Vyaire Medical has launched and staffed a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council. The company’s commitment to promote these ideals throughout our organization is not new. However, we are invigorating this work and have appointed a number of leaders to develop plans and programs that encourage employee-led efforts to promote equity as part of our culture.
The strategies and tactics that emerge from these efforts are designed to support one of our organization’s major goals: Making Vyaire a Great Place to Work.
Building a culture of ‘One Vyaire for Everyone’ supports our belief in building a business that is reflective of the patients we serve. We know that by supporting a culture in which we celebrate individual’s differences and contributions will help us create a stronger, more innovative work environment around the globe.
Vyaire’s DEI Council has formed three distinct committees with specific areas of focus:
- People Sourcing (to promote diversity among new hires)
- Culture Shaping (to drive awareness and shape an inclusive culture)
- People Development (to develop training and other events)
The committees will seek input from Vyaire colleagues to help shape education and training, boost networking and find ways to celebrate and communicate about diversity within Vyaire.
