Felipe Urdaneta, MD
President of the Society of Airway Management and Associate Professor at the University of Florida
Dr. Urdaneta is an associate professor of anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine and serves on the board of the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. He earned his medical degree from the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Senora del Rosario in Colombia, and his master’s degree in medical education from the University of Florida. He is the author of Timeline of Airway Management. He is President of the Society of Airway Management, as well as a member of the Society of Head and Neck Anesthesiology and American Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists, among other professional medical organizations.
