On June 17, 2020, the Swiss Supreme Court denied an appeal brought by imtmedical ag regarding a long-standing Swiss patent dispute concerning certain flow sensor types.

The court’s decision is limited to iFlow™ sensors only in the markets of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. iFlow sensors continue to be available in all other markets. All other imtmedical and Vyaire branded products are not affected by this ruling.
