CHICAGO, September 4, 2024— Vyaire Medical has entered into a definitive agreement with Trudell Medical Limited for the sale of the Vyaire Respiratory Diagnostics (RDx) Business Unit and its products. The agreement, which was approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, ensures the continuation of service to Vyaire RDx customers. Vyaire and Trudell Medical now begin work to close the transaction.

Vyaire anticipates closing the transaction in the coming weeks. Until then, Vyaire will continue to fully manage its RDx business and products, with full support to customers, and will work to ensure continuity for partners and suppliers.
