CHICAGO, September 4, 2024 — Vyaire Medical has entered into a definitive agreement with ZOLL Medical Corporation related to the sale of the Vyaire Ventilation Business Unit. The transaction has received approval from the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, and the parties will now work to close the transaction in the coming weeks.

ZOLL is a global leader in acute critical care and related software and diagnostic tools. ZOLL medical devices, software, and related services are used worldwide to diagnose and treat patients suffering from serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Vyaire anticipates closing the transaction in the coming weeks. Until then, Vyaire will continue to fully manage its Ventilation business and products, with full support to customers, and will work to ensure continuity for partners and suppliers. The sale to ZOLL does not include the iX5™ product line and associated operations, which Vyaire will continue to market to other interested bidders.
